Get ready to take control of your life.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to your unique needs. I provide evidence-based therapy to help individuals overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, stress, and other emotional and behavioral challenges by building on their existing strengths and developing practical skills for lasting change.

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Schema Therapy to create a personalized treatment plan that supports healing and growth. Together, we will identify the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be contributing to emotional distress and work toward healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and responding to life's challenges.

A key focus of therapy is understanding and changing the negative thought patterns, emotional wounds, and coping strategies that can fuel anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and the lasting effects of trauma. Through CBT, we will challenge unhelpful thinking and develop effective coping skills. EMDR can help process and reduce the impact of traumatic memories, while Internal Family Systems and Schema Therapy promote deeper healing by addressing longstanding emotional patterns, unmet needs, and protective responses that may no longer serve you.

Whether you are seeking support for trauma recovery, anxiety treatment, depression counseling, relationship challenges, life transitions, or stress management, therapy offers a safe, supportive space to increase self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you improve emotional well-being, build healthier relationships, and move toward your personal goals with greater confidence and resilience.
