Get ready to take control of your life.
I work with clients by utilizing their strengths in order to find solutions to their emotional and behavioral concerns. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral techniques that are individualized to your needs and focusing on a collaborative relationship we will work together to improve your ability to cope with life's stressors. We will identify the negative thought patterns that lead to your anxiety and depression in order to allow you to reach your maximum potential.
